How do I clean my Chilewich placemats and floor mats?
Most of our woven textiles can be cleaned with warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, use a soft-bristle brush. Avoid bleach and do not put our products in the dishwasher or washing machine.
Are Chilewich products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, our woven vinyl textiles are resistant to mold, mildew, and chlorine, making them ideal for outdoor dining and terraces. However, we recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather conditions.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized floor mats and final sale items are not eligible for return.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Custom floor mats are made to order and may take up to 4 weeks for production and shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
